Shipping and returns policy

National and International Shipping  

All orders are packed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. We will always try to get things shipped as quickly as possible, but occasionally due to order times / quantity it may take a few days before packages are shipped.

For standard national shipping, once the package is delivered to the courier service, the pieces will take 2 to 4 days to arrive at your home; If you choose express shipping, the package will take 48 hours from the delivery of the order to the courier service.

For international orders placed from out of Spain, these times may vary and be as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination. The online store is ready to ship to customers in the EU and the UK. Currently we are not shipping worldwide due to the high shipping rates, but if you are really interested in the purchase, we can talk about it. Just write us an email with the order you would like to make and the receiving country.


Almería – Our workshop is located in Almería so we are sending from there. If you are in town and want to pick up your order please select “pickup order” on the payment gateway and get in touch with us to arrange a date that suits us all.

Barcelona – Since Barcelona is our second home, we try to go every few months. So if you don’t mind the waiting and would like to meet us in person, we will activate the “pickup BCN” option every time we are planning to go.

Shipping costs

Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the end of your purchase. They will vary according to weight, size and destination of your final order.

For international shipping there might be tax or customs charges on some items, Tierra de Arcillas will not be accountable for the payment of those in the receiving country. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pickup of your package.

We are not responsible for shipping costs with wrong delivery details. In these cases, the customer must assume the costs of a second shipment. In the event that the package is returned to the workshop, we are not responsible for the cost of a second shipment.

Exchange and return policy

Returns are only accepted if we accidentally ship out the wrong items to you. If this is the case, please contact us via email at, providing your order number and images of the goods received, and we will rectify the order.

All the items are well protected and ensured. If you receive a piece damaged during the shipping, please send us an e-mail adding the order number, a picture of the broken piece and a picture of the damaged package within the first 24 hours after receiving the item. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for damaged parts.

Packaging 100% Recyclable

We are really conscious about the preservation of our environment, that is why our packaging is plastic free and 100% recyclable.

Not only that, we wanted to go a step further and we use biodegradable “peanuts” to protect the goods. They are made out of cornstarch and completely soluble into water, so don’t hesitate to melt them to water your plants.
